We provide services for cleft lip and palate repair, gynecological surgeries, dental services, and general surgical procedures including hernia repairs and thyroid surgery.
Surgical Services
Team members include maxillofacial surgeons, gynecological surgeons, general surgeons, anesthesiologists and anesthetists, plus support staff.

Our focus is two-fold: to provide comprehensive, compassionate medical care to people and areas in need, and to offer unique skills and education so that local professionals may be enriched and provide further care once we have departed.
Since 1997, our teams have conducted successful surgical missions in the Philippines, Caribbean, Nigeria, Eritrea and Bangladesh. Please visit our missions page to learn more about these specific trips.
Surgeons for Smiles embraces the mantra “Invite us and we shall come.” We are open to visiting and conducting surgical missions in any location, provided necessary arrangements can be made and our personnel are available. We have conducted repeat missions to same-country locations and are open to exploring all requests for our services.
